Compared with nylon6 and nylon66,nylon 610,nylon612, Nylon1212 has super-high tenacity,lowest water absorption ratio and excellent resistance to low temperature and good dimensional stability, good wear resistance, low in process shrinkage,good in process moulding. It is a self-extinguishing material with good oil-proof and chemical proof properties and good electrical performance. We do the nylon1212 polymerization by ourself. In the other hand we also do the modifed products base on nylon1212. Such as pre-colored,filled,reinforced, flame retardant.....to meet customer different application.The applicatons we had now as follow: It is be used as raw material to do the monofilament in the textile industry. It is mainly used as the material for brake pipes,oil pipes, threading pipes and flexible pipes for air-conditioner. It can be used in automobile limbs electron household eclectrical appliance and mechanism limbs as well as other applications requuiring high tenacity,low-temperature resistance, high strength and wear resistence.we will also develop new products to meet customer's new request.
